All weights follow official HYROX Mixed Doubles standards or Singles:
A: HYROX is a global fitness race that combines running with functional workout stations. In Hyrox doubles partners run 1km together, then tackle a functional workout station, repeating 8 times; they must stay within 15 seconds pace on runs and enter/exit workout stations together, though they can split the work at stations. Key rules involve proper form (e.g., squat depth in Wall Balls, sandbag on shoulders for Lunges), communication for smooth transitions, and penalties for violations like improper form, obstructing others, or significant pace differences.
