1. Entry & Eligibility

• Entry is:
  • mixed doubles (one male + one female per team) 
  • same sex doubles OR
  • singles entry (one participant)
• Entry will first open for 40 pairs. (With potential for expansion)
• £50 per person. £100 total per pair.(+Vat if applicable)
• Entries open 31st March
• Free PropertyRox Finisher t-shirt for each participant. 
• Upon registration, you\\\'ll receive a form asking for your 5km / 10km time. This will help the team organise your time slot for the event.
• You can participate in the PropertyRox & other tournaments, but your PropertyRox time slot is non moveable. So don\\\'t miss it!
• By entering, participants confirm they are fit and able to take part in a high-intensity functional fitness event.

2. Event Format & Schedule

• The event will run in waves every 12 minutes, from 11:00–16:00.
• Exact wave allocation will be released WC 6th April.
• Wave times cannot be requested. 
• Upon signing up, you will receive an information form which must be completed so we can allocate your wave appropriately and avoid congestion on the course.
• Teams must start only in their assigned wave, starting in a different wave will result in disqualification.

3. Division & Weights

All weights follow official HYROX Mixed Doubles standards or Singles:

• Sled Push: 152 kg (including sled)
• Sled Pull: 103 kg (including sled)
• Wall Balls: 6 kg ball 
• Sandbag Lunges: 20kg
  Other stations (e.g. SkiErg, Row, Farmer’s Carry, Burpee Broad Jumps) follow standard HYROX Doubles format.

4. Competition Rules & Conduct

• Movement standards must be followed at all times, including correct squat depth, target height on wall balls, and full-range mechanics.
• On sled stations: athlete and sled must be fully behind the line before starting; the sled must pass the halfway mark before direction change; standing only during pull.
• Resting partner may not assist with the sled, rope, or interfere with other athletes.

5. Registration, Withdrawal & Refunds

• An information form will be sent to you upon registration, this must be completed in full so the correct wave can be allocated.
• Limited Availability. Entries must be submitted by April 30th. 
• No refunds or deferrals for no-shows, late arrivals to a wave.

6. Liability & Health Disclaimer

• Participants enter at their own risk and accept responsibility for their health and safety.
• The organisers, venue, staff and volunteers are not liable for any injury, loss or death arising from participation.
• Participants should warm up appropriately and use safe technique throughout.

7. Code of Conduct

• Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.
• Any aggressive, disrespectful or unsafe behaviour towards staff, judges, volunteers, athletes or spectators will result in disqualification.
• Deliberate damage to equipment may result in liability for costs.

8. Media, Photography & Results

• By entering, participants consent to photography and video recording.
• Images and results may be used for marketing, social media and promotional purposes.
• Participants may request not to be featured, but this must be done before the event.
